I was hoping to see a late day buying surge that would send the PPS higher....but I was hoping for a lot more volume and a much bigger jump.  I would have seen that as a possible indication that there were some parties 'in the know' who were buying up what they could in advance of the 28th deadline.

But with total volume of just 26 odd thousand for the entire day...and a small bump into the bell, its not enough for me to attach any significance.  Still, like most I'm happier when the PPS climbs (no matter the volume) than when it falls.

Tomorrow seems as good a time as any to make an annoucement given the ESC thingie dingie.....here's hoping.
