I agree Koo if they meant on or prior to the 28th they should have stated such but I generally find many releases from the company are poorly written. I agree with everything that has been said regarding managements sketchy credibility and have thought for years that RVX was an investment in which it remains to be seen whether great science can overcome mediocre management to produce a good return to all investors.  I think management tries hard but to me this has always been a risk worth considering.

In addition to Led's list of failings I would add the company's own checklist which just disappeared instead of management addressing shareholders as to how they were dealing with challenges in meeting some of the various missed targets. I've often wondered if lack of good management is why the company has been unable to attract real, unpaid for analyst coverage. Further I would imagine the big investors are happy to have less than great management because as long as the big investors feel the science is sound they get a bigger bang for their investment dollar when management is unable to build support in the market.

I'm definitely not a legal expert but to me how they are dealing with the loan expiration tomorrow is a material event and as such needs to be addressed by tomorrow.  All JMO
