Excellent point! If true it means they (the buyers) want to keep the ship moving forward at it's current speed with no interruptions. (presumably to get too FA soon). 

This deal will have to be huge - $66.8 million plus financing through BoM at a minimum. Perhaps it will include all of the trials on other indications.

If it happens then hopefully the IP will remain with RVX.

This is becoming very exciting. I wish I had more to invest right now.
