Toinv - I don't know about inside info but likely enough info to have a reasonable amount of comfort to shell out $4.5 million knowing that if a deal is not done by 26 Dec the game is over. I now put a very high probability (for my purposes) on some kind of a deal that will be beneficial to the shareholders being "imminent".
