Led..... you seem to be contradicting yourself.... you just said "I do not care about the reported scheduling conflict..." and "I do not want to know the reasons why scheduling conflict...."
but here is your email to Sarah in part...
"Scheduling conflicts do happen....and I do appreaciate communicaton that is timely and transparent. With that in mind I would like to know what the conflict was......."
You actually asked her what the conflict was, so please do not lead us all to believe that you only wanted to know when they first learned it. (In order to support your belief that timely notification was not given)
