I am curious as to why you feel this is $5-7 if all goes well?  That seems very low to me.  Also, what else has to be covered?  I just didn't understand your point?  

It's my impression from this board that people's expectations are all over the map in terms of potential return on investment with RVX which is not surprising given so many unknowns. But if I take a big step back, I find it very hard to believe that major investors would invest at the levels that they have been investing with only that low type of expected return overall because there are just far too many other alternatives to invest in otherwise that are also less risky.
