Message: Success, finally spoke with Clayton....

He addressed my concerns, or at least acknowledged them.

With respect to Rodman he said attendance was not ''widely disseminated'' and so they were not obligated to notify shareholders....be that as it may I told him I thought it was pretty shoddy citing Kelsee's possibility of a shareholder making the trip only to get there and find out the company decide to skip it.

He hadn't verified that the recent filings were on the website and he would ensure that was updated, and I told him how it put forward a less than professional image to miss simple things like this or checking slides to ensure that information is accurate before the CEO gets up and gives a Power Point.

Overall it was a decent although somewhat strained conversation....I asked if there was any information that I didn't already know that he could share...he said there was nothing he was at liberty to discuss.  Specifically about Rodman I asked when they found out about the scheduling conflict, to which he replied he wasn't at liberty to say....when I asked if they knew on the Friday prior that they wouldn't be attending, that he also couldn't comment....I find that curious to say the least and let him know that, but what am I going to do.

Hopefully we'll see a noticeable improvement in the company's communication with shareholders....if not I'll be getting in touch with Clayton again, which he acknowledged is fair.
