hummmmm,,,,Koo,,,what makes you think we have to vote on any kind of deal???,,,,,,What ever comes down the tube to us it better protect our IP at the least,,,that I whole heartedly agree with!!!,,,and gAc,,,,,,,,there are lots of things unknown to an investor within any company one invests in,,,,we are not insiders,,,, !!,,,I think you need to relax and wait for news when DM has a carved in stone news release about any such deal. I suspect the extension on the LoC gives us an idea how far away a news release around the so called LOI could be,,,,,,,patience grasshopper,,,,,,,a few weeks or months will make little difference at this stage,,,,,,we went for months and months previously with no assurance to investors from RVX management that the issue would be handled. I really believe DM is stretching time here to the benefit of us all,,attempting to get the best deal possible,,,,so why stress yourself out over something you absolutely do not control!!,,,,,,,,,jmo
