Hummmm,,,, isn't it possible that the extension provided by KD is in itself for the purpose of KD knowing what the FA assessment is? Is it not possible that the major insiders submitted the LOI!

I have always assumed for such to happen DM would need a third party knocking on our door but maybe not! We should not count HL out in any form or fashion ! However HL does already have a nice piece of the pie from their initial stake ,,,, as it stands HL has their rights agreement! 

DM has to look after his future which is tied closely with ours fortunately. Let's hope if the FA plays a major role in the negotiations that it happens before December!,,,,too much time to think here,,, jmo
