BETonMACE ClinicalTrial.gov updated yesterday. Last update prior to this was 7/21/2016. A slight change to the title of the study to remove "up to 104 weeks dosing", though the 120 week trial timeframe (including initial screening and follow up) remains unchanged. A change to the contact info for the Sr. Director of Clinical Operations. There are some changes to the listed regulatory authorities, but it is unclear to me if this has any implications. Other than that I am not seeing anything significant that has changed. The ~2400 enrollment, timelines, and study design appear unchanged. There has never been mention of the futility analysis in the ClinicalTrials.gov. You can compare the two versions here.
As for locations, the ClinicalTrials.gov page has never listed all of the study sites that one can find in the EU Clinical Trials Registry entries. I only see Israel listed in the current ClinicalTrials.gov version. Neither ClinicalTrials.gov or EU Clinical Trials Registry list US as a study site right now.
