"Bear who owns RVX-297, Resverlogix or Zenith."

My understanding is that Resverlogix owned it prior to the 2013 spin-out, then Zenith owned it post-spin out based upon Resverlogix licensing that and other compounds to Zenith, then Zenith terminated the license. At that point, the compounds, including RVX-297, went back to Resverlogix. Quite the ping pong game.
