Hard to tell if this was shorts covering or shorts pushing the price up to give the impression they are covering or if in fact it's new buyers.  Love to think door #3.

In any event, I'm still optimistic that the LOI has something to do with this bump.  Hopefully we'll see some kind of announcement soon.  DYODD.
