I'd like to agree with you Rocket but once we pay the loan and interest and other outstanding debts, that won't give us enough to last to January 2018 in my view.

also "a delisting review" ? Wow. As standard as that is when applying for financial hardship exemption, that doesn't sound good. Also no mention to use any of the money for the renal trial. Where is that money going to come from?
