brilliantly stated point,IMO if the BOD  should replaced DM with a qualified and experienced  biotech pharma executive to be CEO this company the street or market would most like see a better valuation of the comapny, The business side has been a disaster for valuation purposes,  Maybe the Board member(hepa and Eastern wanted a lower SP to get more shares.....  DM has brought money in but at a huge expense to the shareholders with all the dilutiuon,  Step one should have had NAsdaq listing, giving 10 times access to either institutional investors and promote the company the same way Esperion therapeutics promoted their company  ie  2 billion  USD market with the same potentional  money making drug as RVX 208  . Look who they have running their company.....   DM should eat his pride and bring a qualified executive , he could still be chairman,  sorry for the rant just frustrated no large deal with BP yet....  lets hope for better deals in the next 2 months
