I agree Resverlogix and Zenith have been extremely quiet in 2017. However, I just want to comment on your suggestion that Resverlogix may be withholding information, focusing on BETonMACE.

BETonMACE is triple masked. Participant, Care Provider, and Investigator are all blinded. Only the DSMB has access to the unblinded data. Even the Clinical Steering Committee is blinded. Although the DSMB and CSC have discussions, the CSC is not privy to the unblinded data. KD, HL, RVX Management, RVX Board are all blinded as well. There is an obligation to communicate DSMB reports, including the futility analysis, in a timely fashion. RVX doesn't have a choice in this matter.

As for changes to BETonMACE protocol (i.e. # patients, including US patients, #target events, timing of futility analysis, etc.) and status of enrollment......discussions between the DSMB/CSC, CSC/RVX Management and RVX Mangement/RVX Board may lead to insider knowledge of this altered BETonMACE protocol and enrollment info prior to it being finalized and made material.
