Toinv - I kind of giggled at your comment about the vice squeezing their temple. I thought it might be squeezing somewhere lower on the body. I too thought a CVR would have happened however I could not see that happening before an FA was released. As far as a partner is concerned for some kind of regional deal you hit the nail on the head the other day IMO with your comment that any potential partner may not have wanted to play in this sandbox with the potential of the IP being lost before the trial was over. For the security of the IP alone, IMO this deal was good. For this reason we could see one or two partnering arrangements announced in the not so distant future.
