I don't get disillusioned by what I consider to be reality Koo....it is what it is. If I was a fund manager or similar type indvidual I would be more likely to have my finger on the pulse of a Big Pharma player than that of a small Canadian Biotech. And given that CETP inhibitors were all being developed by major players...I think its not an easy task for Resverlogix to get non science types to pay attention.
Someone with an advanced degree in human genetics might understand the differences between Bromodomain inhibitors and CETP inhibitors, but if both are CVD with reverse cholestorol transport as a MOA, then I can certainly see how Apabetalone could be easily lumped in with these failed drugs....one of which made it all the way to the end of phase III and still proved to be a wash out in the end.
