Koo, there is no indication that what you just wrote is true. The title of the slide in the presentation is "Key Members of Management and Board of Directors" and lists Don McCaffrey, Ewelina KuliKowski, Michael Sweeney and Eldon Smith. Only two of those are actual board members....the other two are not board members but in senior management.
