We got your point about cash. Stop raising the question about where the cash comes from until you have something new to add. When you keep asking the same question, you violate the rules.

The obvious answers to your questions are that:

1) a company rarely gives away details about their discussions with the FDA - they rather announce the final agreement, not all the in between results.

2) If they are negotiating with a company about some sort of deal, they cannot give any details because that would hurt their negotiations. Thus, we have no information about how they are going to raise cash. However, it appears as if DM has always had a way of keeping the company going.
