Thanks Kelsee, your words are appreciated.  I know there are always going to be snowflake types who just like to complain and never do anything.  They complain when things aren't done properly, and when others make an effort to have the problems addressed, they'll complain about that too....that's life, and you see it in all aspects of life.  

The reason problems don't get fixed all to often is because those who can fix the problem are too busy either assigning blame, or trying to avoid having the finger pointed at them.  I personally don't care, just fix the problems and ensure they're not repeated.
