However what about all the other indications CKD , Fabry, Alzheimer etc etc, one only has to look at Medivation stock price in their  early days to see what they accomplished, 11,000 % gains ,

i am not saying that could happen but if all the stars align then that type of valuation is possible, if you took half your position and it then doubled or tripled you will be kicking yourself, then again nobody ever got called stupid for taking good profits over a ten banger 1000% in  gains , I think I would take 20 0r 25% gains then ride the rest 

we are still at least a few years from that point I think
