You may also want to look at T.ONC, Oncolytics Biotech.  It's almost a carbon copy of RVX.  To familiarize those here, ONC is another small biotech in Calgary that has been carrying on for 15 years, and struggling just like RVX.  Take a look at their chart.  Now, just a few weeks ago, a Chinese company purchased distribution rights for China.  I liked your blog, but the slant I think you are missing is that rich chinese business people are cherry picking, at very cheap prices, Canadian biotechs that are in stage 3 with proven safe drugs, that will come to the market soon and sooner if the FDA fast-tracks, and possibly sooner in Europe and China.  Also, the point to be emphazied is that the big American pharma and US of A investors do not seem to be able to appreciate that small Canadian pharma are capable of producing groung-breaking cures for cancer and heart disease, to name a few.

As a primer, ONC has a virus that is safe because most of us have it from rolling around in the dirt.  Their virus is called Reolysin.  It is introduced intraveneously and travels through the blood like packman, eating up solid cancer growths and spewing out much more virus as it goes.  The solid cancer growths turn to mush.  It is also synergetic like RVX with other chemo treatments.  The beauty is that it seeks out metastastic cancer that have spread, and that usually kill you.

Anyway, to cut a long story short, ONC is currently selling off disribution rights in order to raise cash for the stage 3 trial that only requires 400 patients for breast cancer.  The FDA and EDA have already scoped out this trial and how they can proceed to a sucessful conclusion.  In the last few days there has been a lot of accumulation by it look like people in the know, and the stock price is starting to move up, and will likely double from the .70 to .90s, or where ever it was a few days ago, in short order, before the stage-3 trial begins.  Resurrection, like RVX, to the 2.00 range, with the same potential as RVX to move a lot higher, as it once was 25.00.

Perhaps ONC could help clean out the solid tumours as RVX turns off the cancer light switch.

JMHO - Absolutely
