Please use extreme caution in understanding this $300 billion number. 

It is derived by including sales of "all indications" for apabetalone. There are massive uncertainties involved as well. I did not hear what indications were used to come up with that number. In fact this info was from a third party. Some of the indications I can think of that may be included are

Diabetic CVD,  CKD,  Fabry's,  MD,  Alzheimer's, PNH

Some that may or may not be included

CVD without diabetes and HIV which we just heard about the other day.

At this time apabetalone is not approved for any indication anywhere in the world.

Always keep in mind my cautionary statement "if the moon and stars line up while you're standing on your head facing north". Even then I'm not sure whether your face your behind should be facing north.

Please use caution and the correct context if you quote that number.
