I know the history, Caesar crossed the Rubicon and thus began the end of the Roman Republic and the rise of Julius to the position of Emperor, or more accurately...dictator.  Good for Caesar, until he was stabbed anyway....not so good for the average Roman citizen.

Every financing to date has been just enough to get us a little closer to the river, either the Jordan or Rubicon, but never large enough to take us to the other side, but at least we're still moving in the right direction...even if its crawling at least we're going forward.
