I am wondering how confident managment feels about a pending LOI/CVR/ partnership deal once the SSA is completed, Thus the short term loan payable anytime.     someone was saying that a postive SSA at this point corresponding to a 85% chance of a successful phase 3 FDA approval  and NDA. So the odds are deal would be made soon after. Were getting close to the finish line
