fouremm,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I hear you,,,,there are multiple ways to make a deal for sure and in the end usually only one gets it!!!,,,,however this deal does one thing and that is it prempted a chunk of dilution,,,,probably at least 12-15 % ,,,,, and if BoM results impress the deal/loan will be one for the record!!...jmo
