fouremm,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I dont think anyone on this board can say RVX is financially desperate....not picking on your post but only RVX can say that!!!,,it is understandable why we minions would see that as the situation,,,,but,, I think DM has used that as a strategy for some reason and has had a few avenues of choice on financing when this deal was chosen!!,,,it seems almost impossible he pulls the rabbit out of the hat at the wire each time,,, I do think DM has taken the Third Eye in cuz it offers minimal dilution,,,,other deals or agreements might not have been as beneficial to all shareholders come 1Q 2019...which is fast approaching....is KD gun shy with his closure of the NeuroScience business!!,,,,,I cannot believe he will step back from deepening his investment in this company as we get closer to the top line results on BoM!!!!,,,there has to be existing backroom agreements between the inner circle of investors and management,,,,,,,,,,,jmo
