GAC - To answer your question about supporting an RVX financing with some of the proceeds of a Zenith sale ... Yes I would with 5% to 15% of the net proceeds. Since we're spitballing here I believe the number would be between US$15 and US$20 per share or $2 to $3 billion. Zenith is now a Phase II company, they have patients that are now 69 weeks on the combo which would support approximately $7.5 billion in additional sales of the two drugs that they are currently doing this combo trial with and they are just about to enter a breast cancer combo trial. 

I hope your correct on the 2 to 3 months from May. It would even be okay if it took a month or so longer. It could make for a great Christmas by the time it closes. The RVX share price would likely get a good boost if Zenith sells ZEN3694 as well.
