No worries Kelsee...in a message you asked me to include "gut feel" or something like that.
I do have a gut feel that I will share with you and everyone else. It is this.....
If I had to describe Don's demeanour I would used the words, "annoyed reluctance". What I mean is that Don strikes me as a guy who parked his car perfectly legally, but then gets hit with a $25 parking ticket. He knows the ticket is bogus, and that he shouldn't have to pay it....but to fight it means filing notice and then taking a day to go and wait around an annoying court room....too much effort and expense of time to bother with.
I get the firm impression that Don is convinced that Resverlogix is at least a billion dollar company, probably a multi-billion dollar company, and he's annoyed that the market doesn't agree. He musters up as much enthusiasm as he can, and he does a decent job.....but there's a quiet confidence about the man that I find reassuring.
It strikes me that the filing of the prospectus for a potential share offering was the impetus for the short attack that just happened. I'm hoping now that this proposed offering does not in fact happen....that the Third Eye loan does go through and that the share offering was simply a "Plan B". If so I'm also hoping that a PR or Sedar filing is issued to the effect that the proposed offering is not going foward.
Short squeezes in my opinion are very rare....the fish that can afford to swim in that end of the market pool are not guppies, they are sharks with very deep pockets. Still it can and does happen on rare occassions....hopefully something comes out, a nice White Swan, that convinces those behind the raid to cover their positions, and even take a loss if needed.
