I give it zero chance that Third Eye would have selective access to the actual relative risk reduction to date mentioned in 4.22(x). My read on 4.22 is that Third Eye will receive as much info as Resverlogix has to date. However, Resverlogix is blinded, so Resverlogix won't know the RRR. So if Resverlogix don't know, Third Eye won't know. Sure Third Eye would like to know, but they won't. Any trial info like that cannot be selectively disclosed.
