I'm taking this to mean 3rd Eye was made aware of how many MAC events have already occured...and not just that, but the RRR as well.

Okay...if the trial data they seem to have been made privvy to....if the data suggested the trial was in danger of missing its primary endpoint of RRR, then what's the IP really worth anyway?  

I'm going to operate with the belief that 3rd Eye knew that RRR was achieving its 30% target at least.
