I think those are simple, more than fair questions as they only require a yes or no answer. My experience with other companies would lead me to believe that is how they would generally be dealt with, yes or no. In this case, yes would be the expected answer to the first question and as would follow no to the second. Any other answer means RVX has in fact been selectively disclosing material information.
