In my opinion, there are still many interpretations. There may be ways to disclose data to certain parties AND still be in full compliance with regulators. I am particularly interested in Resverlogix' inability to answer my question of whether or not Resverlogix remains blinded to the BETonMACE data. Back in February 2018, the 6th DSMB report news release and an email from Clayton clearly stated that Resverlogix was blinded in BETonMACE back then. What about now? Why can't they state that they are still blinded? My mind spins at the ramifications (both good and bad versions) of Resverlogix being unblinded.
