I haven't been shy about being critical when I felt the company's corporate communications were lacking, so in fairness I think I should point out how happy I am with the job Sarah is doing.

Before Ms Z clarified the situtation with the SSRA I was eagerly anticipating news to tell us if BETonMACE is properly powered or not.  Now that I know that a SSRA may not in fact take place I am no longer anticipating the news.  If it comes out, that's great, but if it doesn't I understand the reasons why.  

This is a big improvement in managing shareholder expectations.  A big departure from the company doing things like publishing upcoming events on their website and then not attending and providing no notification either before or after the decision is made to not go ahead.

In a previous email Sarah indicated that the company was looking to fill a new Comm/IR position...frankly with the job Sarah is doing I don't think a new hire is needed, just give her a raise and increased responsibilities.
