What I'm wondering is this, from my limited understanding of things like anatomy and medicine.

I see the word "metabolic" which relates to metabolism.  I'm wondering/thinking that the therapies discussed in the article, that they seek to treat CVD metabollically....say by lowering glucose levels.  Apabetalone as I understand it doesn't have a metabolic method but rather is epigenetic.  

Maybe I'm splitting hairs....obviously diseases like Diabetes, they're metabolic in nature....but 208's MOA is not metabloic as I understand it.
