Given that we now know that an SSRA may not in fact be done, I think it would be wise to refrain from talking about it like its something to be anticipated. The company has done a poor job over the past several years of setting expectations and then not meeting them, be it with liscensing deals, LOIs, or simple attendance at investor shows.
Even the halfway point futility analysis...
At least now we've gotten a clear indication from the company that an SSRA may not in fact be coming. All we know is that "IF" one is done, then news will be released.
It could very well be that the determination has already been made that an SSRA is not needed at this late stage.
