No. The sentence I wrote indicates a possibility, which implies there are other possibilities. Just because I did not list all of the other possibilities (including that an SSRA does not occur), does not mean that those other possibilities do not exist. GAC, you are way too defensive on this issue. Please chill out. Also, the decision lies with the CSC, not the DSMB.
