According to sites like investopedia a micro cap is a company wiith a MC of between $50 and $300 million....smaller than $50 million are micro and nano caps.

At our current capitalization of ~$365 million USD we are well into the smallcap space....with a long way to go to reach the midcap definition.  Small Caps are generally defined as companies with a MC of between $300 million to $2 billion....after that comes midcap.
