hummm,,,I didnt see or at least remember a post on Agoracom either, in regards to this but,,,,,,on Aug. 09th, reported by CI, that Eastern exercised warrants at  $.90, 529,592 of them. So,,, KD spent $476,000 for the common shares. These shares are worth in open market, at this time, ruffly $3 X the # of shares = $1.59 Million. I remember the warrant strike price when issued way back but not their maturity date,,,, it is assumed these warrants were mature and Eastern had to exercise them. Eastern has to be well up on their RVX investment at this time. Most of their dollars during offerings were well below the present share price. This must bode well with Eastern and it is expected these shares will be held tightly for continued appreciation and maintaining % of company ownership.
