The way the trading has gone the past few days....
Lighter than average volume, much light than the past 2 months certainly....with downward PPS movement. This action has me thinking that perhaps another "proposed" share offering is in the cards....
I toss this out merely as an observation, they "proposed" one before as we all know, after negotiating the Thrid Eye loan, although before it was finalized.
