In addition to the MD&A referring to the SSRA four times, the Annual Information Form also mentions the SSRA twice. One instance on page 30 is in the context of the Third Eye loan:

"In addition, we are required to comply with certain affirmative covenants, including a requirement to obtain top-line results from the BETonMACE clinical trial by January 31, 2019, subject to an exception that is available in the event that additional patients are enrolled in the trial due to a sample size re-estimation analysis."
