Are the terms roll back, share consolidation, and reverse split all synonymous with one another? I'm pretty sure they are.

As Golfyeti pointed out, whatever you call it would effectively reduce the total number of common shares w/o affecting the market cap and your percentage ownership of the company.

Is there any reason for doing the share consolidation other than meeting a US stock exchange minimum share price requirement?

Assuming that the $5 share price listing requirement is valid, is that CAD or USD? I'm thinking USD since it is pursuant of a US listing. US closed at $1.99 today.

They state that "The Company’s common shares and warrants would continue to be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange." So would this mainly just affect the RVXCF shares in the US (aka the pinks)?

They are asking for permission to do the consolidation at their discretion for a period of 12 months for the purpose of the US listing. As others have pointed out, lots of news in the next few months could move the price of this stock get us to a minimum share price requirement w/o consolidation. SSRA, 7th DSMB, top-line results all in play in the next 6 months.

In my opinion, the SSRA is the most important that would give clarity on status of trial, need for more patients, need for more money, and really solidify the bookends of the trial. A proceed as planned SSRA recommendation would be huge and in my opinion would move this stock enough to make us all forget about the need for share consolidation to meet a minimum price requirement.
