I'm not 100% sure of what you're asking me Koo...but here is my understanding.
842,419 represents the number of shares that had been borrowed and sold back into the market up to July 31st 2018. So sharesholders own 177,257,625 shares...that's all that had been issued up to that July 31st date. And on top of that there are another 840 odd K that have been added....so there are people holding shares that don't physically exist. Instead some hold shares and there are IOUs for another ~840K
