Sure sharing experience and strategies is fine. Throwing out an unsubstantiated drop of almost CAD $1 in common share price is not fine, in my opinion. I don't think ChessPoker's post is a clear violation, but borderline for the unsubstantiated nature of the price suggestion. If someone really wants to help inexperienced investors then one should provide context and justification.
