By my math the 13,270,000 and 5,600,000 units HL and Eastern subscribed to respectively, they translate into 18,870,000 units with the warrants totalling a little over 1.4 million....and being priced at $2.67 for net proceeds of close to $3.8 million if converted...

Not a huge sum given the burn rate....but the money they just got from Eastern's conversion is probably enough for Rothschild's retainer anyway. Every little bit helps at this stage until something more substantial can be arranged, hopefully at significantly higher prices than $3 or $4  per share...
