Very little volume, and some small buyer has managed to push the ask up to $3.25 from $3.10 with what looks like less than 5000 shares! If price doesn't roll over this is positive for the stock price over the short term because it implies there is no supply available down near $3.10. No supply means upward drift, in my opinion, based on the medium term up trend.
