I think the issue is a little deeper than Apabetalone just “selling itself”. Obviously the higher the share price the less expensive financing is in terms of dilution. In my experience, my observation would be that for better or worse listing on Nasdaq tends to better reflect the true enterprise value of biotech companies and, currently, my opinion is this would serve RVX well.

That being said I personally think prior to listing on Nasdaq would be a great time to merge RVX and Zenith. I think that combining these two companies now would be beneficial to shareholders in both companies for a few reasons 1) Greater enterprise value of a single company would help with a Nasdaq listing and I think would probably create a situation where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts in terms of market cap and share price 2) risk reduction for all shareholders. Management has done a lousy job of getting multiple programs underway at both companies. Merging would somewhat mitigate this. 3) As a Zenith holder I am very frustrated by both the value trapped in my illiquid shares and by the fact that management continues, despite repeated promises to the contrary, to dilute the RVX royalty preferreds. Prior to a merging of the companies I would like to see a pro data distribution of the RP’s to current Zenith shareholders 4) A combined company would result in a better balance between Eastern and HL in terms of owner ship 5)BDAZ’s post yesterday regarding Apabetalone as a potential cancer therapeutic to me indicates that the lines are about to be blurred as far as where Zenith and RVX operate. What better time to create one epigenetic powerhouse which will potentially be viewed favourably by the market, can generate multiple opportunities more efficiently from a broader pool of IP and probably be run more efficiently. Who knows perhaps a true world class company could attract a world class CEO who would be able to unlock a great deal of value for all shareholders.

I doubt if this will happen, just think it would be a good idea that would serve us all well.
