From what I heard and understand, Don is of the opinion that this may not be necessary if we have successful top line results.  A US listing would certainly open the doors for a lot more investors to enter into this game, but he felt that there may not be a need to do a reverse split. 

I'm hoping he is right.  If the share price is north of $7 CAD by the time they are thinking of going for a US listing, then we should be fine.  I'm thinking it will be, based on what I heard today.  More to come from my side discussions.
