BearDownAZ,
After listening to the AGM i am starting to understand (as a non-scientific type that I am), the MOA of Apabetalone.
With the Phase 2 data and numerous patients now having used the drug, without and serious side effects,...what do you see as the most positive things that point to BETonMACE working.
With the MOA where it turns off certain functions that do harm and cause illness (inflammation, etc),... it seems reasonable to assume that it will continue to do so,.... so assuming it will continue to do so in Phase 3,... and the fact that no seriuos side effets have presented themselves in the 1900 patients already dosed,... it seems to me that what they saw in the phase 2's will continue to manifest itself througout the Phase 3, along with no serious side effects.
Is the risk because we have a different patient population in phase 3 that presents the most important risk out there,..?
Much appreciated!
