RVX has multiple plausible MOA’s and Amarin maybe none. Long term exposure to a petroleum product contaminates Amarins placebo group data as biomarkers appear to indicate. Jelis is cleaner data and is encouraging for EPA. If Epanova shows more modest efficacy against corn oil placebo  it may further indicate that  mineral oil is toxic in such large frequent and long term dosage. I would like to know what Acasti ‘s placebo is ?

Thinking the success of BetonMace may be attributed primarily to the treatment for low Hdl below a critical treshold is raising functional Hdl above that threshold. We will see soon enough when the data tells the tale.
